🌱 Creamed Spinach and Portobello Mushroom Pie with Roasted Cabbage, Caramelised Pink Onion and Bacon Greens and Truffle Parmesan Potatoes 🤤

1. Shortcrust Pastry:

200g plain flour
100g vegan butter/margarine
Pinch of salt
four tbsp chilly water

If people don’t think they could make food like this at home they should follow this recipe because it’s a perfect example of how to make basics like potato, broccoli, cabbage and pie into restaurant quality food with just a few tricks. Even just add the sides to a pre made pie and you’ve got an incredible meal. I love this 🙌🏻
