🇫🇷 Vegan Sausage Cassoulet! 🇫🇷 hit save for the recipe!

… I’m a lil bit late to my very own celebration tonight as a result of I’ve been feeding cheez to some babes.

Cassoulet is historically a reasonably meat heavy dish, and the vegan model jogs my memory of goulash – nonetheless the star ingredient is white beans! I used butter beans and juicy vegan sausages and let me inform ya it banged!

– 1 leek
– 1 brown onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– Olive oil
– Superb beans, chopped
– 1 tin chopped tomatoes
– three tbsp tomato purée
– 1 tin filled with veg inventory
– Thyme

– Contemporary tomatoes, diced
– Bay leaf
– Contemporary Parsley, chopped, 1 tbsp within the cassoulet and 1 tbsp to garnish
– 1 tin butter beans
– 6 vegan sausages

Technique:

– Sauté the issues, add the liquids and beans, simmer & thicken with cornstarch slurry if wanted! Serve with sourdoughhhhhh 💯
