🌎 VEGAN TRAVEL TUESDAY! ✈️
Sooo, ing on from final week I made a decision to remain within the Carribean and lengthen my vacation to a two week keep ‘cuz whenever you’re faux travelling the cash by no means runs out 😂
Right here’s my tackle a Trinidadian Macaroni Pie (wants some work admittedly) & BBQ JERK-FRUIT with the BEST selfmade Kale-slaw I’ve ever made 🌞
I chopped up some jackandbry burgers [ad-pr sample] and marinated them in Jerk Bbq Sauce for 24 hours, then cooked them in a griddle pan over a excessive warmth till barely crisp on the surface they usually have been wonderful!
For the kale-slaw:
1. Chop pink cabbage, pink onions and Cavolo Nero kale and blend these right into a Tupperware with grated carrot.
Add oatly creme freiche and a few vegan mayonnaise (I used heinz_uk) with a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Pop the lid on the bathtub and shake it up nicely! This may hold within the fridge for about three days!
