🌎 VEGAN TRAVEL TUESDAY! ✈️ I’m again babyyyyyy 🥳

🇲🇽 This week I’m heading to the place I want I used to be now the rain has returned to Manchester… sunny Mexico! 🇲🇽

* Mushroom Chilli Taco’s 🌮
* Mexican Spiced Rice with Peppers 🌶
* Home made Guacamole 🥑
* Home made Bitter Cream & Chive Dip
* Gentle Salsa (I’m an enormous child, I do know) 🍅

I’m so completely happy to be again on the hype and seeing all of your wonderful dishes from all over the world once more!

I made a primary mushroom chilli and stirred in refried beans, added beautiful crisp lettuce and a few sheeseuk [gifted pr product from gifta_uk] to stuff the oldelpasouk taco shells (I do know, crunchy tacos are controversial however I really like the yellow color of the corn)!

I discovered this AMAZING serving plate in Brighton on a market stall and knew it deserved Taco’s. The blue porcelain bowl with the rice in was kindly gifted by sweesedotcom – you possibly can see the complete set in my AD-PR story highlights 💛
