Tofu Laksa with Yakisoba Noodles 🍜

This was mainly a pleasant easyyy speedyyyy bowl I threw collectively after an extended day and used up a couple of open packets of components left in my fridge 🙌

I made the sauce (this was much less soupy than a standard Laksa!) with recent garlic, turmeric, Thai Pink Curry Paste, Laksa Paste and creamy Coconut Milk. Threw in a bunch of mushrooms, onions, fried tofu items, morning glory leaves and leftover Yakisoba noodles! Served with scallions, recent lime , 🌶 and sesame seeds 💛
