this LEMON DILL SALMON WITH BROCCOLINI & CAULI RICE bowl continues to be one among my all time favs 🙌🏼 made it once more final evening for dinner & it was so recent and soooo straightforward to place collectively! Y’all know I’ve a real love for salmon and that is for positive a prime contender for my fav combo 😏

Ουσίες:
– 1 – 1 1/2 lb of salmon
– 1 lemon – 1/2 in slices the opposite half for juice
– Πρόσφατος άνηθος ψιλοκομμένος (μια-δυο κουταλιές της σούπας όμως δεν μπορείτε να κάνετε υπερβολική ποσότητα!)
– Μπροκολίνι
- Αλατοπίπερο
– Cauliflower rice or rice of your alternative (I at all times do frozen and prepare dinner it on the stovetop)

👉🏼[preheat oven to 400 + lay a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet and spray with a little bit of oil + lay your salmon and broccolini on the sheet pan + spray both of a bit of oil and season with salt and pepper + squeeze half of the lemon juice all over broccolini and salmon + sprinkle fresh dill over salmon + slice the other 1/2 of a lemon into thin slices and lay over the salmon + bake for 15 minutes and then broil 3/5 for some extra crisp + prepare cauli rice (don’t forget to season with salt and pep) + portion out salmon + assemble all into a bowl and top with fresh dill and an extra squeeze of lemon juice if you have it!]
