🍜 Sunday Phô-ast? 🍜 I simply couldn’t face cooking a roast dinner at this time (what hangover?) or all of the washing up afterwards 😂

I bought forward of myself and began making this when Phô was main within the ballot 🙈I bought all caught in and made the broth from scratch which is scrumptious however time consuming and I’m feeling fragile y’know? I then discovered immediate phô inventory in my cabinet instantly afterwards🤦🏻‍♀️

Topped some attractive flat rice noodles with griddled Korean BBQ glazed chick’n nakedgloryuk shiitake mushrooms and charred pak choi. Seasoned with 🌶 & scallions!
