Ρύζι με κουνουπίδι σολομού και μπολ λαχανικών…σοκ, σοκ, ελπίζω να μην…

Salmon cauliflower rice and veggie bowl…shock, shock 😂 hope you guys don’t get sick of those bowls as a result of I’m unsure I ever will! This one is a good “clear out the fridge/freezer” meal as a result of you may pair it with virtually something you may have in there! Marinating the salmon is the true key right here 🙌🏼

Στοιχεία:
– Cauliflower stir fry (discovered it within the freezer part at wholefoods!)
– Frozen or contemporary broccoli
– Two salmon filets (~1 lb)
– 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
– 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
– half of tsp of ginger powder
– 1 clove of garlic, minced
– half of tsp of onion powder

👉🏼[preheat oven to 400 + in large bowl place your coconut aminos, rice vinegar, onion powder, ginger powder, and garlic and mix + put in the salmon and coat it in the sauce + let marinate while oven preheats + once oven is ready, place salmon on sheet pan + cook for 15 mins & broil 3/5 mins to get crispy + while salmon is cooking, sauté your cauli rice stir fry in a pan with a little bit of oil + steam broccoli on stove or in microwave (you could even roast it in the oven with the salmon!) + once everything is done, assemble into a bowl!]
