Εδώ είναι ένα που έφτιαξα νωρίτερα… Σούπα με μανιτάρια με κοτόπουλα, λαχανικά και σιτάκε…

🍲 Right here’s one I made earlier… Chick’n, Vegetable & Shiitake Mushroom Clear Soup 🍲

I’ve not been feeling too sizzling these days, so I’m taking a giant ol’ break from placing myself underneath any kinda strain, together with foolish meals perfectionism, so I’ve primarily simply been consuming toast and prompt ramen🤷🏻‍♀️

Nevertheless, this MEGA UMAMI broth is completely wonderful and solely takes an lovable 15 minutes to make!

Ουσίες:

– soy chunks
– shiitake mushrooms (I used dried, they rehydrate within the broth and add to the flavour!)
– cabbage
– carrots
– spring onions
– mushroom bouillon
– garlic & ginger paste
– soy sauce

Technique: bang all of it in a pot with loads of water and simmer till the soy chunks and mushrooms are hydrated and plump!

Serve with chives, chilli flakes and sesame seeds 🌱

**don’t add the cabbage & inexperienced onions till the tip so that they dont overcook!
