Okay guys…I mixed two of my very fav recipes into one and I can not recover from it 🤩 these coconut amino teriyaki rooster thighs are soooo good! I ed the identical recipe as my teriyaki salmon bowls after which the identical cooking instances as my different rooster thigh meals. Outlined beneath! Ουσίες:
– 1-2 lbs of bone-in skin-on rooster thighs
– Broccoli
– 1 bag of brown rice (bought it within the frozen part)
– 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
– 1/2 tsp of onion powder
– A few tablespoons of coconut aminos teriyaki…sufficient to coat the rooster

👉🏼[preheat oven to 400 + in large bowl place your chicken thighs, pinch of salt and pep, onion powder, ginger powder, and coconut aminos teriyaki and coat the chicken thighs + let marinate while oven preheats + cut broccoli and spread on sheet pan + spray with oil and season with salt and pep + arrange chicken thighs on separate sheet pan + once oven preheated, cook chicken thighs for 25 mins + add broccoli to oven and cook both for another 25 mins or until chicken is cooked/broccoli is crispy + prepare brown rice + assemble all into a bowl and devour!]
