1) Rehydrate some dried mushrooms in boiling water, I used Four fats shiitake mushrooms 🍄
2) Fry off a punnet of chestnut mushrooms in truffle oil with a sprig of thyme, some sage, and a clove of finely minced garlic. I additionally added a tragic little lone spring onion that I had knocking about. Don’t allow them to get crispy although!
