Lentil Dahl with Basmati Patties! One thing somewhat completely different that I made for breakfast final week, utilizing up my journey Tuesday leftovers ☺️
• Patty Recipe:
– Combine gram flour, turmeric, salt & pepper, garlic powder & a pinch of curry powder collectively.
– Pour in a tiny little bit of plant milk or water, stirring till you will have a thick paste.
– Add in your rice & a giant handful or two of spinach, till nicely coated and sticky.
– Warmth 1 tsp of oil in a pan, pop a spoonful of combination in and gently shallow fry on both aspect, urgent down with a wood spoon till the patty is flat and spherical!
