Leftover Mash and Cavalo Nero Cabbage (from my backyard!) = BREAKFAST POTATO PATTIES! Topped with some pretty crispy vivera_uk bacon items.
My BEST EVER mash recipe:
– mushy boiled potatoes, a splash of soy cream, 2 tbsp nooch, sea salt and cracked black pepper, 1 tsp mustard, 1.5 tbsp plant butter, chives, parsley and spring onions. You may as well add some vegan cheez when you’re feeling fancyyyy!
– then add in shredded cabbage (or any leftover cooked greens)!
Kind into patties, and gently fry on each side in 1 tsp of top quality oil. Serve with beans, facon, roasted veggies… mainly no matter you want! They’re so versatile!
