✈️ It’s Vegan Journey Tuesday 🌍
🍜 🇰🇷 Creamy Korean Ramyun with Pickled Greens and Pak Choi 🇰🇷 🍜
I pimped the ICONIC nongshim Shin Ramyun by stirring via some spring onions, alpro cream and a few grated violife_foods cheddar – this takes a bit of the warmth out of the broth if you happen to’re a giant child about spice like meeee 🥵
Beneath all this deliciousness is an enthralling little bit of too, ‘cuz I roasted broccoli stems and cauliflower leaves in sesame oil and a bit soy sauce *cooks kiss*.
Added some ‘scholar pickled veg’ (mustard greens and fungus) that I picked up on the Korean market. The little packets are about 60p and are nice for topping off ramen bowls if you happen to’re too lazy to pickle your personal veg – like meeee 😂
