I made these savoury cabbage pancakes on a whim after which determined to pair them with stewed lentils and BOY OH BOY!

For the pancakes :
•Shredded Savoy Cabbage (though sweetheart cabbage would work simply as nicely)
•Finely minced Eschallion Shallots
– Whisk all the pieces other than the cabbage & shallots in a bowl till you will have a thick, golden batter. Add the veg and ensure it’s bought a skinny, even coating. Warmth oil in a pan, pour the combination in after which flatten & press right into a pancake form along with your fave utensil 😊Prepare dinner for about 5 minutes both sides.
For the stewed lentils:
•Curry Powder/ Paste
– Boil till the lentils are comfortable and the liquid has been absorbed. Unfold onto your pancake and tuck in!
