Humous on toast, however make it trend 🌱

As chances are you’ll know, ‘stuff on toast’ has my entire coronary heart. It’s my go to snack, my consolation meals, my blissful place. In the future I’d like to open a vegan café and if that day ever comes you KNOW there’s going to be a ‘stuff on toast’ part on the breakfast menu 😂

This was made with extra of the scrumptious oyster mushrooms my fabulous associates ordered for me 🤩

I fried them in truffle oil and a bit of sea salt on a medium-high warmth, urgent down with a masher till they had been niiiiice and crispy.

Served up with white truffle balsamic glaze and recent thyme *cooks kiss* 🙌

I bought this scrumptious seeded sourdough on yellow label for 50p! If I’m not baking my very own I have a tendency to purchase decreased value bread, freeze it and toast it as and when to scale back meals waste!
