Home made Vegan Pizza 🌱

I eyeballed this pizza dough (no recipe!!) and I’m actually proud it got here out so nicely! ➡️ SWIPE ➡️ to see the attractive dough!

I used home made roasted tomato and garlic sauce for the bottom, then topped it with:

– toasted pine nuts
– sugardrop tomatoes
– strictly_roots_vegan_cheese buffalo mozzarella
– black olive tapenade
– cornishsea_salt smoked salt
– freshly floor black pepper

Does anybody else discover that you simply prepare dinner higher if you’re careworn af? This was a nice distraction from being concerned, and I left the dough to show whereas we took Batfink again to the vets this night – fairly than ready impatiently within the kitchen like I usually do 😂
