🧆 Falafel & Hummus Flatbread 🫓

gosh_food x gifta_uk ship me a PR bundle with these vibrant snacks and it was the proper excuse to whip up some do-it-yourself hummus and have a flatbread ‘tear and scran’ brunch.

• Candy potato pakoras gosh_food
• Beetroot Falafel gosh_food
• Moroccan Falafel gosh_food
• do-it-yourself hummus
• blended roasted greens
• crunchy baked oyster
mushrooms (recipe coming tomorrow!)
• Lebanese flatbreads
• sautéed contemporary spinach leaves

For the hummus:

• 1 can chickpeas
• 1/three cup tahini
• three tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• three cloves roasted garlic
• 1 tsp salt (flakes are greatest)
• a pinch of floor cumin

^ add to a meals processor and mix till easy, add a splash of water to get that attractive Sabra like smooooth consistency ^

*serve with toasted seeds, crunchy roasted chickpeas or only a sprint of smoked paprika*
