👉🏼 [preheat oven to 400 + slice two bell peps + one small onion into strips + put in bowl + slice up around 1.5 lbs of chicken breast and put in bowl + toss in 1/4 cup of white vinegar + 2 tablespoons olive oil + 3 tsps of cumin + pinch of s&p + 2 cloves of garlic + let marinate for at least 30 mins + put foil or parchment on a sheet pan and lay out the chicken mixture + cook 25/30 mins + serve however you like! I did over romaine with traderjoeslist chunky salsa aka my fav salsa ever + 1/2 avo + chopped grape toms] let me know if you happen to make!!!
