Δείπνα Vegan

Εύκολο και θρεπτικό και γεμάτο με θρεπτικές βιταμίνες! Ένιωσα λίγο εξαντλημένος μετά την κατανάλωση…

🍉🍍🍓 Easy and nourishing and filled with nutritional vitamins! I felt a bit depleted after consuming plenty of not very nutritious meals on my tenting journey. (It’s totally my very own fault for being lazy and simply making cup noodles when the climate was chilly 😂) however I may really feel my physique craving fruit and veggies by the point I obtained house!

Though I LOVE a beige plate and what number of wonderful vegan alternative meals and choices there are, generally I must strip again the processed meals and return to fundamentals 😂 Additionally, summer season fruit season is nearly over so I purchased a load of recent berries and froze them prepared for some winter smoothies too! I can’t anticipate all of the seasonal winter veggies although ❄️

  1. I always think that is a weirdly nice feeling, having your body crave fruits and veg when you have just been eating shit. It’s like, “oh my body does know what it wants and would probably make healthy choices all the time if I wasn’t here intervening” 😂
