BUFFALO CHICKEN THIGHS with roasted potatoes and broccoli aka my superb weeknight meal. Really easy to throw collectively however has a lot taste! 😋

Τι θέλετε:
– 1 – 1.5 lbs of bone-in, skin-on hen thighs
– buffalo sauce of your selection (we used primalkitchenfoods)
- σκόνη σκόρδου
– onion powder
– αλάτι και πιπέρι
– potatoes, chopped
– broccoli, contemporary or frozen works however I choose contemporary!

👉🏼[preheat oven to 400 + season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, a few shakes of garlic powder and onion powder + in large bowl toss chicken thighs in ~1/2 a cup of the buffalo sauce + meanwhile, chop up your fav kind of potatoes put on a sheet pan + add chopped fresh or frozen broccoli to same sheet pan + spray both with avo oil + season with salt, pep, garlic powder, and onion powder + add chicken thighs to same sheet pan (or multiple is fine!) + cook everything for around 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through! All ovens are different so keep your eye on the veggies]
